Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, often sooner. Standard Shipping within the US arrives within 4-7 days when the mail carriers are running optimally (see below). Orders are shipped via either USPS, FedEx, or UPS, according to the size of the order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 7-10 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery if you live in a US territory. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will always contact you via email.
We have a top tier shipping team that we're so proud of! While our team does a great job getting orders out quickly, once an order is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, or UPS, we no longer have control over the transit time or deliverability delays.
*It isn't uncommon for USPS tracking to claim that a package has been delivered, before it actually has. It is our official policy that we don't re-ship an order until it is officially 7 business days past it's original delivery date, and still, no package has arrived.
We hate late order deliveries as much as our customers, but thank you for your patience with the mail carriers during busy times.
Standard Shipping in the US is available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. We also ship to most APO addresses. We look forward to expanding our shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom soon, with more countries to follow.
Return Policy
We stand behind the integrity, the quality, and the effectiveness of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.
Your satisfaction with our products is completely guaranteed for a full 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, simply write a brief explanation of your experience with the product to support@abundantearthlabs.com and write "Refund Request" in the subject line and make sure to include your Order # in the email.
